haha yes! Wolverine stayed Canadian, not to forget: http://www.iswolverinecanadian.com
Also, anyone notice how the dates were off? "North West Territories 1845"... wasn't Canada only federalized in 1867? Good job Gavid Hood and the writers David Benioff + Skip Woods for fact checking. Then again, it's a movie about Mutants... screw facts.

Cont....

Marvel.com
Wolverine’s skeleton includes six retractable one-foot long bone claws, three in each arm, that are housed beneath the skin and muscle of his forearms. Wolverine can, at will, release these slightly curved claws through his skin beneath the knuckles on each hand. The skin between the knuckles tears and bleeds, but the blood loss is quickly halted by his healing factor. Wolverine can unsheathe any number of his claws at once, although he must keep his wrists straight at the moment his claws shoot from his forearms into his hands. When unsheathed, the claws are fully within his hands, and thus Wolverine can still bend his wrists. The claws are naturally sharp and tougher than that of normal human bone structure, allowing Wolverine to cut through most types of flesh and natural materials.

Now show me the proof this is all wrong and I will believe it. However, even if in the early comics the claws were not made out of bone, they were in the ones following, there are many alternatives in the comics because there was always different comic routes. That being said I still want to see proof that his claws were added by X.

First of all, everyone knows that originally Logan is supposed to be around the 5 foot mark, secondly comic book writers always go down different paths and vary the storyline, just because you may have grown up with / first read the orginals does not make them the only truth, not by a long shot. Don't act superior just because you have only evr read the originals, if anything it just makes you sound ignorant.
So here I'm not telling you I'm showing you, 3 differernt sources of information all concurring he was born with the bone claws.

Wolverine vol 2, issue 75.
After Magneto ripped out Wolverines adamantium skeleton it was revealed that Wolverine had claws made of bone, meaning he was born with them. He even says at the end of the comic that he must have been born with them, but he can't remember having them.

Wolverine and Gambit, issue 85 and 86, The origin of Wolverine,
he uses them to kill Logan back when he was young, way before X.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE CONFUSED WHY WOLVERINE HAS CLAWS WHEN HE WAS A KID

The kid is actually WOLVERINE, and this claws are not adamantium yet, those are his bones. HE IS BORN MUTANT. YOU CAN PAUSE the part of the trailer where his claws are shown, the claws are not smooth. he only got his adamantium claws when he was experimented on and there he got his metal claws.

i know your not talking to me? Lol i guess you probably think he is supposed to over 6 feet tall like Jackman is. And you probably think he is only a brawler type fighter and not a trained samurai right? ha. And i take it he's only in his 40's and not over 100 . Yeah guy. You may think you know stuff about Wolvie from any comics you have read in the last decade (i stopped reading them a little after the Onslaught storyline when they started the "New X-Men" look. But if you read comics before that then you would know how Wolverine really was. And actually a lot of true fans were mad that they gave him the bone claws after Magneto stripped his adamantium because his TRUE origin was first told they made it known that the ONLY thing Wolverine was born with was his healing factor and heightened senses, everything else was added by the Weapon X program. And if you tell me im wrong dont just say that , give me some facts to refer to . You can look up what im telling you in the older comics and then come talk aight bud.
