Might work ok on a groomed or hardpacked trail... but would get stuck immediately in deep snow! No lugs on the track, aside... this thing would be very high maintenece on the front drive components... and furthermore wouldn't offer much to the rider in the way of handling and cornering. Smooth and nice contours etc. But it seems to me that the rider's feet would dangle right down onto the tracks. Especially likely over very bumpy terrain. I would also imagine the machine throws a fair amount of snow right up the rider's pant leg. I mean, it looks nice.
