INSPIRATION: SUGAR RHYME

Sugarhyme is the digital showcase of Polish designer Karol Kolodzinski. Karol is a freelance, new media designer focusing on design and illustration for web and print for various clients including Coca Cola, IKEA, Oakley, 4Kids Productions, and Life Sciences Magazine.

Karol’s style is diverse and full of detail in complex layering. The attention to color and lighting effects is present in all of the work creating a great air brush effect in many of the pieces.

Not only are the individual illustrations unique and eye catching, the design of the site and interaction is also worth noting. The site it self has a somewhat alien feel to it, with abstract blurs of color, crisp typography, clean grid alignment and smooth transitions within the flash interaction.
