I agree with Julian Hebbrecht - this isn't retouching, it's art. I can retouch photos, that's easy enough, but I don't think I need to be able to do the work you've shown above to be a competent photo retoucher. Brilliant work!

Traditionally, retouching is 'touching-again' - removing a speck of dust here and there, a wrinkle or a tree growing out of somebody's head. What you guys do here is pure re-creation, re-combining of images, so please don't mess up the language even more than it is already by using the term 'retouching'.
