Chevy Cruze Bumblebee by Irmscher

The German tuning firm Irmscher will release this Transformer inspired Chevrolet Cruze Bumblebee. The car will probably be one of the highlights at the Frankfurt Show where it will make its first public appearance.


The original Camaro-based Bumblebee features a yellow-and-black stripes treatment but Chevy’s designers opted for a black paint job with bright-orange racing stripes and detailing. The compact sedan’s ride height was lowered by 30mm and it was added an orange colored rear diffuser that houses a pair of new exhaust tips. The beefy 18-inch alloy wheels finished in orange and shod in 225mm wide sport tires complete the look. Chevy has no intention of enhancing the Cruze’s range with a Bumblebee edition, but Irmscher said that it will offer the package to individual customers.
