The end all, be all of special edition Bugatti Veyrons’ is set to take its final bow. The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Sang Bleu, unveiled at last weekend’s Peddle Beach Concours d’Elegance, will be the very last special edition Veyron produced by the supercar automaker. In talking numbers, Bugatti claims it has 250 out of 300 Veyrons tagged for production presently built and sold, the supercar automaker will be moving onto its next project currently named Bordeaux. The Bordeaux will most likely use a tuned version of the current 16.4 liter 1001 bhp Quad-Turbo W16 motor from the Veyron. Reason being…. VW spent a significant amount of change in R&D and production, that it wouldn’t be economical to develop an entirely new power plant. Let’s be honest, I don’t think Bugatti will disappoint with the next trick they have up their sleeve. But unless you have $2 million to spend on a car….. it probably won’t keep you up at night. Source
