Artist On A Comic Book Diet: James Jirat Patradoon

Born in Thailand and raised in Sydney, Australia it is clear this artist has a certain affection for blending realism through the lens of fantasy and cartoon realms. James Jirat Patradoon’s work focuses on fantasy with an emphasis on masculinity. James’s artwork draws inspiration from Japanese Magna, villains from horror movies, wrestlers, hardcore biker gangs and Elvis. His work has gained notoriety and has been featured in publications such as ESPN, Complex, Acclaim, Empty and ILOVEFAKE. He has also had the experience and privilege of working with some big names such as MTV, Adidas, Diesel, Pepsi and Mambo.
